We pride ourselves in being like Jesus, nontraditional! It is our belief that church should be a safe haven for those who are lost and discouraged to come into and experience an atmosphere of love and grace. Too many churches today point a judgmental finger at those who look and act differently than they do. Looking down on long hair, tattoos, piercings and other outward appearances is legalism, not Christianity. Legalism says, "Strive to look like me", Christianity says, "Strive to look like Christ". Legalism placing emphasis on outward appearance Christianity looking on the inside. We believe if we are faithful to preach the word of God in entirety and in truth, the Holy Spirit of God is capable of convicting those who are not walking with Him. Fishermen never clean the fish before they get them in the boat!
We also understand that there are Christians who have experienced failure in their own lives and sadly, too often the church is the first kick those who've fallen while they're down. We have an amazing testimony of being a church who boldly stands in favor of restoring the bretheren just as Galatians 6:1 commands us to do. If you've been hurt, you can find healing here.
You can expect to hear music that will encourage your heart and prepare you to hear a word from God. We have a live band of very gifted musicians who enjoy giving their all for the Lord.
We believe that the Bible is the perfect, uncompromising, infallible, inspired word of God. His word, not man's opinion is preached. It's not the opinion of man that will point you in the right direction but the word of God hidden in your heart.
